Professor of the Art History Department at the Shchukin State Theatre Institute.

Member of the Theatre Union of the Russian Federation (since 1990). Board member of the Galina Ulanova Foundation (since 2019).

Chairman, jury member and expert of national, regional and international theatre festivals: Golden Mask, International Nijinsky Dance Award Competition within the Monaco Dance Forum (Monte Carlo), Arabesque Competition named after Ekaterina Maximova, Harlequin, Musical Heart of the Theatre, Vladimir Kurochkin International Competition for Young Operetta and Musical Artists (Ekaterinburg), The Magic Curtain (Perm), Volga Theatre Seasons (Samara), Volga Theatrical (Samara), Success (Schelykovo), Compatriots (Saransk), Actors of Russia for Mikhail Shchepkin (Belgorod), Theatrical Spring (Yugorsk), Eager Comedians (Yaroslavl), Chuginokol (Kolchugino), Two Masks (Chelyabinsk), Theatre Time (Syzran), etc.

Author of idea and first editor-in-chief of the newspaper Tutti of the Moscow Musical Theatre named after Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko (1997–1999), newspaper Line. Ballet Magazine as Newspaper (since 1999), editor-in-chief of the Bolshoi Theatre magazine (2020-2024). Editor-in-chief of Vakhtangov Almanac / Theatre Education magazine (since 2024). Author and presenter of the television program “Theatre in Notes” (“TVC-Stolitsa” channel, 1997–2000).

Host and presenter of philharmonic programs and gala concerts for theatre, music and performing arts festivals (Moscow, Kazan, Ufa, Perm, Samara, Syktyvkar, Yakutsk, etc.).
