Head of the Literary and Dramatic Department of the Yaushev State Opera and Ballet Theatre of the Republic of Mordovia, professor in the Department of Theatre Arts and Folk Art Culture at the Ogarev National Research Mordovian State University.

Author of scientific works on dance theory and history and author of librettos for ballet performances.

Member of the Board of the Regional Branch of the Union of Theatre Workers of the Russian Federation.
