Leading ballet dancer of the Kazakh National Opera and Ballet Theatre (1968 - 1989), Honoured Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, honoured worker of Kazakhstan, holder of the Kurmet and Parasat orders of the Republic of Kazakhstan, honoured teacher of the Republic of Kazakhstan, teacher, artistic director of the Almaty Choreographic School named after Alexander Seleznev, chairman of the Union of Choreographers of Kazakhstan. 

In 1968, she graduated from the Kazakh State Choreographic School (now the Almaty Choreographic School named after Alexander Seleznev) and was accepted as a soloist to the ballet company of the Kazakh State Opera and Ballet Theatre named after Abay. Her repertoire included Masha (The Nutcracker), Zarema (The Fountain of Bakhchisarai), Myrta (Giselle), Aegina (Spartacus), Street Dancer (Don Quixote) and many others. Honoured Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1986). Since 1994, she has been teaching classical dance at the Almaty Choreographic School named after Alexander Seleznev. List of her students includes laureates of international competitions, leading dancers and choreographers who have achieved recognition in Kazakhstan and abroad. In 1997, she graduated from the Kazakh State Institute of Theatre and Cinema named after Temirbek Zhurgenov as repetiteur. From 2012 to 2015, she served as the School's deputy director for academic and methodological work, coordinating the implementation of modern educational standards in the Choreographic Art specialty. Author of numerous publications on teaching choreographic disciplines. Initiator and organizer of the largest and only Central Asian International Competition and Festival of Choreographic Educational Institutions, "Orleu," a member of the International Federation of Ballet Competitions (IFBC).

Since 2015, she is the artistic director of the Almaty Choreographic School named after Alexander Seleznev. In 2022, she was elected Chairman of the Union of Choreographers of Kazakhstan.
