Executive Director of the Galina Ulanova Foundation and manager and assistant to Vladimir Vasiliev (PR included). Since 2000, Panfilovich has been organizing and assisting Vasiliev in all of his creative projects. She has produced numerous galas, including at the Bolshoi Theatre, tours and exhibition, TV and video filming and has been engaged in publishing work. Editor-compiler of many books, catalogues, albums and booklets of Galina Ulanova, Vladimir Vasiliev, and Ekaterina Maximova. Editor-compiler of poetic television program “Listen” on TV channel “Russia — Culture”, producer and editor of the documentary films “Katya. A Letter from the Past” and “The Legend Stays Alive”. Author of the idea, editor and organizer of the “Creative Workshop of Vladimir Vasiliev”.
In 1985, she graduated from the Moscow State Linguistic University. From 1988 to 1993, she worked at “Gosconcert USSR”, the state concert association, as manager of the department responsible for artistic exchanges with foreign countries. She has organized tours abroad for various artists and groups such as the ballet company of the Bolshoi Theatre, Perm Opera and Ballet Theatre and the Moscow Theatre of Chamber Music headed by Boris Pokrovsky. She has organized the Russian tours of English National Opera, exchange tours of the ballet companies of the Bolshoi Theatre and Opéra de Paris, Russian-American Youth Orchestra, Russian tours of American drama theatre companies, musicians, opera singers, and other performers, first ever tour of a modern dance company in Russia — Trisha Brown’s company. From 1993 to 1997, she was the foreign tours manager for the Moscow Soloists chamber orchestra and his artistic director Yuri Bashmet. From 1997 to 2000, Panfilovich was the founder and head of the first theatre press office in Russia at the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia.
