Artistic Director of the Voronezh Choreographic School. People's Artist of Russia. Winner of the "Soul of Dance" prize from Ballet magazine in the "Mentor" category. Honorary mentor of the Voronezh region. Awarded the Order "For Merit in Culture and Art."

In 1984, she graduated from the Voronezh Choreographic School. After graduation, she joined the ballet company of the Voronezh Opera and Ballet Theatre. She brought fame to it by winning an international competition in Osaka, Japan, in 1987. She has toured extensively throughout the country and abroad, including Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Mexico, Tunisia, India, the USA, Canada, England, France, etc. Her repertoire includes leading roles in productions of Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, Giselle, Carmen Suite, Cinderella, Anyuta, and Juno and Avos.

In 2003, Tatyana Frolova received the honorary title of People's Artist of the Russian Federation. In 2006, she was awarded the Golden Fund of the Voronezh Region Award. She is the Chairperson of the Voronezh Regional Branch of the Union of Theatre Workers of the Russian Federation. In 2024, she was awarded the Order of Merit in Culture and Art for her contribution to the development of Russian culture and art, as well as for her many years of productive work.
